John Golden - EVP and Chief Information Officer, CNA Insurance
John leads CNA's efforts to integrate technology and business processing into an efficient, flexible and scalable processing platform. John has responsibility for outsourcing, delivering application and infrastructure solutions.
John serves as chairman of the Technology Committee for Metropolitan Family Services of Chicago and is a member of the Technology Committee for The Executives' Club of Chicago. John received a bachelor's degree in management from Nova University.

Jon Shea
Jon has been guiding professionally for five years. During college in the Pacific Northwest, Jon got an introduction to big mountains and was hooked. He has led expeditions throughout the U.S. and internationally since starting with Rainier Mountaineering in 2004.
He has guided 4 McKinley expeditions, 1 Ama Dablam expedition and has over 70 summits of Mt. Rainier. Shortly after their successful summit of Mt. Rainier in 2007, Jon and John came up with a climbing plan to prepare for the Everest Expedition in 2009.

Experience: Everest X 11 (5), Cho Oyu X 1 via Nepal Side, Manaslu X 4 (2), Island Peak many times, Mera (5), Pharchamo (3), Lobuche East (3), Lobuche Middle (1), Nirekha (1). Attended the Khumbu Climbing School twice (including first aid training), 3 years as a monk.
